How do I book a bin?
Give us a call on 0400 614 499 and we’ll be able to help with your bin needs. We offer advice, bookings for you convenience – it’s as simple as that!
How much notice is required to book a bin?
We can usually come out within a day to drop off your bin, but sometimes life happens, and you may need it urgently, in which case give us a call and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.
For how long can I hire a bin?
You can hire our bin for as long or short a time period as you need. Our standard pricing includes 3-day hire however we’ll always do what’s possible to meet your needs, no matter the situation!
To what level can I fill the bin?
You can fill our bins to the very top. You can also get away with stacking your rubbish a little higher than the rim if necessary, as long as it’s a sensible amount. If you’re not sure, our friendly team will be happy to advise when we drop the bin off.
What waste is not accepted?
Our bins can handle pretty much any type of waste. However, the only things we don’t accept are bricks, dirt, concrete, rock, stone, sand etc. If this is the sort of rubbish you’re looking to get rid of, consider our waste management service. Our team of labourers are equipped to relieve you of pretty much anything you wish to get rid of!
What is a cubic metre?
Put quite simply, a cubic metre measures 1m x 1m x 1m. Essentially, it is the volume of a cube, with each edge measuring one metre.
