How do I book a bin?
The best and quickest way to organise a bin is to give us a call on 0400 614 499. We’ll be able to discuss your requirements with you and offer advice on the most appropriate solution. Then, we’ll book it into the diary for a date that suits you. It’s as simple as that!
How much notice is required to book a bin?
We can usually come out within a day or so to drop off your bin. If it’s an emergency and you need it sooner, talk to us. We’re always happy to help if we can.
For how long can I hire a bin?
We recommend hiring a bin for three to four days, but if you need it for a longer or shorter period of time, just ask and we’ll see what we can do. Our service is entirely flexible, and we’ll always aim to meet your requirements, wherever possible.
To what level can I fill the bin?
Basically, you’re free to fill any bin all the way to the top. You can usually get away with stacking your rubbish a little bit higher than the rim if needs be, but only by a sensible amount. If you’re unsure, our friendly team will be happy to advise when on dropping the bin off.
What waste is not accepted?
Our bins can handle pretty much any type of waste. The only things we don’t accept are bricks, dirt, concrete, rock, stone, sand etc. However, if this is the sort of rubbish you’re looking to dispose of, consider our waste management solution.
